Mindfulness Meditation – “Paying attention, on purpose to the present moment”
A focused practice for relaxing the body and calming the mind.
No fixed charge – dana bowl (donation)

The class is 30 minutes and free and accessible for everyone.
Please bring a meditation cushion or pillow for your comfort.

*This class is free and accessible for everyone. Please bring your yoga mat if you have one.
It is highly recommended that you attend a free Intro Workshop before coming to your first class. The Intro Workshops are generally once a month at the Hwy7 location and are designed to help you find a comfortable seated posture and offer an opportunity for discussion and exploration about the practice of meditation.
