Moksha

The Moksha yoga series is a dynamic system of 40 poses practiced in a heated room designed to promote openess through your hips and strength through the upper body while detoxifying your whole entire body. Both standing and seated poses are practiced, giving a balanced cardiovascular practice, detoxifying the body and calming the mind.

Classes can be 60, 75, or 90 minutes and all are suitable for all levels
