We do recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes early for all classes to give yourself the beautiful ‘escape’ from the days’ stress, and to linger in Savasana at the end of class for as long as you’re able, to fully reap the benefits. Don’t worry, we can always mop around you 🙂
