Moksha, Moksha Flow teacher, and studio owner.
First found yoga at Moksha Yoga Markham. An active classical musician and TDSB music teacher, Jill first came to yoga as an escape from the ‘busyness’ of life and immediately fell in love with the Moksha community. The practice was absolutely transformative! Jill wanted to become a bigger part of this new family and signed on for the Energy Exchange program finding her bliss mopping studio floors and serving others. Being around the studio more allowed Jill to get to know and learn from the excellent teachers, and definitely lead to the life-changing decision to become a yoga teacher.
Jill teaches bassoon and yoga at National Music Camp and Music By The Lake Camp, and have done Street Yoga training in the hopes of working with disadvantaged youth throughout the region.
Jill believes that yoga is for Every Body, and loves that the Moksha series is accessible to all levels, based on yoga therapy concepts, grounded by 7 philosophical pillars. Please join Jill in a breath driven class, giving yourself the space to balance what you know in your heart and what you feel in your body. Give yourself the gift of you.
