Moksha Flow 101

There are key poses that are important to master in order to build strength and flexibility in your body. Sometimes because of the pace of a Moksha Flow class it can be easy to miss the finer details of certain poses. In this workshop we’ll slow things down and really break down the key foundational poses for the Moskha Flow series- Downward Dog, Plank, Chaturunga and Upward Dog as well as other key poses in the series. We will also explore ways to modify poses in order to build strength and flexibility in your body. Standing and Floor poses will be covered. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of the series as well as have tools you can take with you into other classes.
